Chera Amlag debuted her ube (purple yam) cheesecake at a pop up dinner in October 2013 to much praise and demand. One year and one month later, Hood Famous Bakeshop launched, granting fans access to Chera's creamy purple cake all year round, plus a host of other hand-crafted filipino modern and traditional desserts.

Heartwood Provisions is a restaurant nestled right in the heart of Downtown Seattle. The experience is designed to showcase a true collaboration between kitchen and bar, offering beverage pairings for each dish served. Amanda Reed lent her passion for flavor experimentation not only to the menu development at Heartwood, but also to the design of the bar itself.
