We take extra precautions to make sure that our gluten free items are held to the highest standard. We have a rigorous allergen cross contact prevention program that cleans & detects gluten on all machines before manufacturing a new product batch. According to the FDA, products with a Gluten Free claim must contain less than 20 parts per million gluten in the product. The test we perform is even more sensitive and detects as low as 10 parts per million. We proceed with a gluten free product run only after the equipment is cleaned to the point that the test result is negative.
