Flavors: arabica cherry espresso made with the whole coffee fruit, black fig pistachio sourced from California, bali sea salt, edamame sea salt, noble dark with tasted nibs from Colombia, cayenne veracruz orange, and agave quinoa sesame. Each flavor is crafted in small batches using whole food ingredients combined together to create fresh and always delicious flavor combinations. jcoco caramels are locally made on Whidbey Island. Extra large and buttery, the caramels are made in a large copper kettle and poured onto a marble slab and then cut by hand. Milk Chocolate caramels are dipped in a Maracaibo Criolait couverture milk chocolate from Venezuela then finished with white sea salt harvested in Hawaii. Dark Chocolate caramels are dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with Hawaiian sea salt. The bars and caramels are 100% natural and include no GMO ingredients.
