We're All in This Together

A message from our owner and CEO, Jean Thompson.

It’s an undeniably challenging time for us all, and as promised, we will continue to share the latest updates with you here. With the safety of our team, guests, and the public as our top priority, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close our retail locations, both flagship & SeaTac. We have also established additional measures in our factory to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and community - you can read all about those below.

However, we know that now, more than ever, we can all use something sweet to share with friends and family - even from afar - and we’re here to help! Read on to see what our team is doing to help you spread joy. We're all in this together.

Warmly, Jean

How We Are Keeping Our Team and Community Safe

As an SQF Certified food manufacturing facility, we have systems in place for the highest level of food safety. The system is constantly monitored, verified and validated.

All employees are trained on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and it is mandatory to follow GMP in our facility. Plant and warehouse employees are required to wash and sanitize hands and wear gloves, changing them often throughout the day.

Employees that show symptoms of sickness are required to stay home, and a temperature check is conducted for all employees prior to beginning shift daily.

Plant and warehouse employees wear dedicated outerwear and shoes in the production and warehouse area.

We perform a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of our plant every day, and we do not allow visitors in the plant; the public tour of our plant has been temporarily cancelled.

Employees are asked to maintain social distance.

Only controlled access is provided for delivery personnel and customer pickups, and delivery drivers are required to wash and sanitize hands upon entry. It is posted on the delivery entrance that they may not enter if they are sick or have symptoms of sickness.

Additional sanitizer dispensers have been placed in multiple areas.
