Exquisitely chewy Sea Salt Caramels in milk chocolate and dark chocolate are made by hand on Whidbey Island. Extra large and buttery, the caramels are made in a large copper kettle and poured onto a marble slab and then cut by hand. Milk Chocolate caramels are dipped in a Maracaibo Criolait couverture milk chocolate from Venezuela then finished with white sea salt harvested in Hawaii. Dark Chocolate caramels are dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with Hawaiian sea salt. Gift box includes 6 milk and 6 dark chocolate salted caramels.
