Exquisitely chewy Sea Salt Caramels in milk chocolate and dark chocolate are made by hand on Whidbey Island. Extra large and buttery, the caramels are made in a large copper kettle and poured onto a marble slab and then cut by hand. Milk Chocolate caramels are dipped in a Maracaibo Criolait couverture milk chocolate from Venezuela then finished with white sea salt harvested in Hawaii. Dark Chocolate caramels are dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with Hawaiian sea salt.
