About the artist
Kiwi Gadbaw is a designer from Auckland, NZ who currently lives in Seattle, WA. Before becoming a full-time designer he played rugby for 17 years and captained the University of Washington rugby team while obtaining his degree in Industrial Design. He has since taken his passion for sport and put it into his designs. Kiwi draws inspiration for his art from sports nostalgia, 90’s cartoons and Japanese culture which helps him create art that evokes the feeling of being young at heart. He has designed artwork for professional athletes and musicians while stewarding his own apparel and design company, Seven Design Studio.
