Our limited-edition, Going Places Collection is inspired by brave women rising to the occasion.
During World War II, countless heroes risked everything to ensure that people everywhere could live in peace. On this 75th anniversary of the end of the war, we thank them by promising to never forget all they sacrificed - and why they fought. This collection was designed in collaboration with artist Libby VanderPloeg and the Museum of Flight in Seattle, and celebrates the lesser-known heroes, the women who were called upon to work the hundreds of civilian and military jobs critical to victory. Hats off to these brave women, who boldly paved the way for our future!
Libby VanderPloeg is a Midwest-based artist. Her work drifts between art, pop, and meme culture, exploring her relationship to feminism, activism, aesthetic ideals, and daydreamy pursuits of happiness.
